About Our Attorneys

Donna P. Levine and Fredrick Susaneck, each of whom has been in practice for over 25 years, bring a wealth of knowledge to complicated and high-stakes legal issues. Whether your case involves your family, civil litigation or the criminal justice system, we can help.

Donna P. Levine has become one of the most recognized names in guardianship and other legal issues involving vulnerable individuals in Florida. She has served as the Domestic Relations Commissioner General Master for the state of Florida, as well as the head of a social work agency and family counseling and children's protective agency. Her knowledge and legal experience in family law, probate and mental health care law give her a deeper perspective on how to litigate or avoid litigation, if possible. She is known for her tenacity and skill in the courtroom, commonly representing clients in appeals at the request of fellow attorneys.

Over the course of his career, Fredrick Susaneck has served as lead counsel in over 1,000 trials and 450 administrative hearings. He is one of the few Florida lawyers qualified to represent indigent clients facing the death penalty. He has taken cases to the Florida Supreme Court, and won, and helped shape criminal law in Florida. He has also lectured nationally and published articles on criminal defense matters, including DUI.
