Over the course of his career, Fredrick Susaneck has served as lead counsel in over 1,000 trials and 450 administrative hearings. He is one of the few Florida lawyers qualified to represent indigent clients facing the death penalty. He has taken cases to the Florida Supreme Court, and won, and helped shape criminal law in Florida. He has also lectured nationally and published articles on criminal defense matters, including DUI.
